Our swimsuits are lined and non see-through
The fabric of our swimwear allows for minimal stretch so that the shape is retained even after several wears provided care instructions are followed.
Reminder of our care instructions:
– Do not machine wash in order to avoid any loss of elasticity.
– Rinse after each use and only machine wash after your holiday in a gentle and cold cycle.
– Dry flat. Do not wring
– Do not put it in a wet ball, spread it out to dry.
We try to create styles that sculpt and support different figures.
We always arrange for our photo shoots to have at least a model with a large bustline to display how the swimwear would appear.
All our swimwear are lined and allow real support. Certain styles contain cups and / or frames. Some styles are more suitable than others, do not hesitate to ask us for advice via the “contact us” link.
Our products are available in limited quantities and in some cases, we are able to restock. However, once an article is shown as being out of stock, we cannot guarantee that it will become available again.
If the product of your choice is no longer available on our website, you can register to be alerted once we have further stocks. Please complete the relevant product sheet by providing your email address via the “be alerted” link.
If a size is not available, it cannot be selected. However, you can register to be alerted if further stocks arrive, by submitting your email address via the link “be alerted”.
Place your order before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday for delivery
- within 2 to 3 working days in mainland France
- within 3 to 4 working days in the European Union.
- within 5 working days in the continental United States
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
You can get a delivery to a collection point. Simply choose your delivery method when ordering on our website.
Yes, we deliver internationally.
These costs will be shown on the review cart page as well as the order summary page prior to confirmation and payment of the order.
When you order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and tracking number. It is possible to track progress of your order on the parcel delivery service website. Should you have any problem, please inform us via the link “contact us”.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your swimsuit.
You have 14 days from receipt of the order to inform us via our website of your wish to return the item via our internet site.
Once you have notified us on the internet site, you have 14 days to return the product
by the following steps.
1- Complete the form under « Help » and « Delivery & Returns » You can also find the form under « Delivery & Returns » section at the bottom of La Libellule Online Boutique home page
2- Instructions for return are the same whether you are returning the item via your customer account or as a guest.
3- Use the form to record your email address, order number together with the reason for returning the item.
4- We will contact you by email.
Mainland France: Returns are free of charge. We will provide you with a Returns Form to note the item you are returning together with a pre-paid label for your free return. Please follow the instructions on the pre-paid label to be attached to your parcel.
Returns outside of mainland France: The return of a product is at your expense and under your responsibility for all deliveries outside of France. We will provide you with a Returns Form to note the item you are returning.
5- Enclose the Returns Form in your parcel. Without this form we will be unable to reimburse you.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund you provided that the return conditions are fulfilled. The refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering.
Please keep proof of postage indicating the parcel number to facilitate tracking of the return to our warehouse.
If you have already returned part of your order and wish to make a second return, the shipping costs are payable by you.
Returns are free of charge for mainland France only.
The return of a product is at your expense and under your responsibility if the place of delivery is outside of mainland France. La Libellule will not be liable for any duties and taxes incurred for any return.
To return an item which is not suitable, we kindly ask you to follow the return conditions below:
– not to wear or wash the product
– return the product along with its original packaging
– return the product with its original label (intact and attached to the product)
– return the product intact, with its accessories
– the product must not have been damaged when trying it on
For hygiene reasons, you must keep on your underwear when trying our swimwear.
Subject to following all of the conditions above, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your return.

Once the refund has been processed, you should receive it on your account within 72 hours.
Please note that refunds are subject to varying processing times between payment providers.
We do not offer exchanges. If the colour or size of the item ordered is not suitable, please return the item to us using the return label, then place another order on our website.
We carry out numerous checks to guarantee the quality of our products.
If, despite our care, you observe a flaw, we apologise and invite you to contact our customer service team via our link “contact us” who will assist you issue as quickly as possible. Please be aware that items which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be considered faulty.

If, despite our care, you observe a problem upon receipt of your order, we apologise and invite you to contact our customer service team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Contact our customer service team and provide us with the correct address. We will do our best to take this modification into account if your order has not yet been prepared by our logistics department.
Once your order has been passed on to our carrier service, we can no longer modify the delivery address. We therefore invite you to communicate the details to us as quickly as possible.
If you have not received your parcel within five days and no delivery attempt notice has been left, please check the status and location of your order.
You will find the tracking link allowing you to track your order in the email received upon shipment of your order.

We do not send an invoice with your parcel. To access it, if you have a customer account, go to the “My orders” section.
If you placed the order as a guest, go to the “My account” section of the menu and refer to the section “Track my order”. The link allowing you to download your invoice appears at the top of order tracking details.

If you wish to receive our Newsletter, go to the bottom page of our website and click on “Subscribe to the La Libellule newsletter”. You will be asked to enter your email address and tick the GDPR consent box.
If you have an account, you can also go to the “My profile” tab and tick the “La Libellule newsletter subscription” box in the “Contact preferences” section.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters.
If you have created an account, you can also go to the “My profile” tab and untick the “La Libellule newsletter subscription” box in the “Contact preferences” section.
If you have forgotten or want to reset your password, go to the “My account” section and enter your email address. Then click “Forgotten your password?”. You will receive an email asking you to reset it.
Once you have created your customer account, you can go to your personal space by clicking “My account”. Here, you will be able to:
– manage your postal addresses (correct, add, manage the default address)
– save your payment methods
– change your password
– manage your newsletter subscription
