Cookies managed by La Libellule are kept for up to 13 months.

La Libellule respects the retention periods imposed by the laws and regulations in force. If your data is no longer required to provide a service (including the aforementioned after-sales service) or if you no longer wish to be added to our Newsletters or Events mailing list, your data will be deleted or archived anonymously or under a pseudonym in order to comply with the regulations in force.

You can return your purchased item against a refund : We will be happy to refund any unsuitable item in accordance with our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SALES POLICY.

  • Item may not have been used, worn or washed
  • Return the item in its original packaging
  • Return the item with its original tag (intact and attached to the product)
  • Return the product intact, including accessories.
  • Item must not have been altered, soiled or damaged when tried

Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip.

You should inform us of any return via our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are free of charge for metropolitan France only.
The return of a product, is at your expense if the place of delivery is outside of metropolitan France and is done at your risk.
